  • Hold all that comes my way in an open palm. Grasp and hold tightly to nothing, causing it to slip through my fingers all the more rapidly. push nothing unpleasant away, but learn wisdom from it and rejoice in that learning.
  • Regard all consciousness and all life, including myself with the same serene equanimity of compassion and rejoicing in its ephemeral beauty and wonder. Rejoice too when consciousness and beauty vanish for a time, knowing that they transform into something new and equally astounding.

  • Harm no form of life or consciousness beyond nourishing the body. Receive nourishment with gratitude for the gift of that which perished for my benefit and submit aspirations for the well being of it's consciousness. Labor for the well-being and balance, prosperity and felicity of all forms of life, all conscious life, and all humanity. Be committed to these same values regarding any yet-unknown form or community of life beyond Earth.

  • Hózhó̢o̢go naasháa doo - I shall walk in beauty-balance-harmony-serenity-compassion-felicity. As I do this, others may freely choose to follow in kind. This collective action will bring to pass a joyous change for good in the world and we shall be able then to say Hozhǫ́ Náhásdlįį - beauty-balance-harmony-serenity-compassion-well-being is restored. (Traditional mantras of the Diné or Navajo people.)

  • Life is an illusion within our collective eternal consciousness, a virtual reality we manifest or project, a dream we are having. The bodies we have, the things we observe in the world have no independent existence apart from perception by consciousness, nevertheless, the good and harmful things we do cause real joy or suffering of others' consciousness.

  • When we seek a blissful hereafter, we imagine it comes after this life, but that bliss already is, and we with all conciousness within it inter-are. When we embrace true wisdom and compassion, and release all independent self, opinions, notions, desires, attachments, aversions and detachments, then we will awaken from the dream, to find ourselves in a home and family we never actually left. "Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter." - Jedi Master Yoda, Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, by George Lucas
